March's Workout Playlist

I created a playlist of some songs that keep me engaged in my 30-40 minute workouts. Whether I'm dancing, working my upper or lower body or doing basic cardio I like to have music playing to make it more fun and in turn making it easier to stick to my workout routines




An excellent song title for what inevitably happens in any good workout! If you've not heard this newer All-American Rejects song, you are in for a treat!














Doja Cat is one of my favorites! I could honestly put on her essentials playlist and the beats to every song give a great pace for lifting weights, squats or lunges.













I also recently found a separate playlist called 2000s Workout Playlist, and this song and many others popped back into my memory.














Can't forget this classic! Every wedding I have been to recently has this song in it's party playlist. This one is fun to dance to, do jumping jacks or keeping a quick and steady pace when walking.













This song resurfaced to the charts recently, and it is a great song to add to a dance playlist. It's poppy, fun and easy to sing along with!














Another fun song that makes working out fun.


















I couldn't forget to add some of my favorite alternative/indie beats to my workout playlist! This one has great tempo and always brings a smile to my face.















I like a song to clap along to! Animals is perfect.


















I dare you to try and not tap your foot to this song!
