Serves 2

2-4 cups cold coffee

4 scoops high quality vanilla ice cream Whipped cream

Chocolate sprinkles or syrup


  1. Brew coffee using your preferred method and then let it chill in the fridge until ice cold. 

  2. Scoop 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into each glass. Pour cold coffee over ice cream until it fills 1/2 to 3/4 of the glass.

  3. Add whipped cream and top with chocolate sprinkles or chocolate syrup. Serve immediately with a tall spoon and a straw. 



Irish Coffee


6 oz (3/4 cup) Coffee,

1 1/2 oz (3tablespoons) whiskey,

1-2 teaspoons maple syrup

Whipped cream


  1. Brew your coffee

  2. Add Irish whiskey to a mug

  3. Sweeten with syrup

  4. Add coffee

  5. Top with whipped cream
